two thoughts

(1) Why don’t gunners realize it when they correct law professors that law professors don’t like that very much?

(2) Why was battery such a difficult concept for my torts class to grasp? Seriously.

  • as for #2, i have no idea…battery was always pretty easy for me to figure out. then again, i’m kind of a torts geek.

as for #1, i think it’s because gunners just don’t care whether the professors like their commentary or corrections or not. gunners don’t necessarily gun to win the prof’s perceived approval, although i’m sure there are some that do. many just gun because they really like to hear themselves talk. i know that’s the reason i was such an obnoxious gunner in law school.

  • What I can’t stand is how the gunners in my section raise their hands to comment!

I’m not interested in their commentary! And neither are the profs. but the gunners just keep gunnin’ it.
